Our local weekly Wednesday night cruise has started and I went Wednesday and got 86 photos of some of the most awesome local cars for your reference and enjoyment. Hope some of these will help you guys out. Make sure when looking at the photos that you click on "Get original uploaded photo" and then expand it on your screen. Now that the weather is getting better in most of the country, there will be more shows poping up!!!!!
It would nice to see everyone who can post pictures to post them here for reference pics!!!!!!

It would nice to see everyone who can post pictures to post them here for reference pics!!!!!! What a great idea. Whaddaya think boss? How about a forum for reference pics. You could call it 1:1 reference and divide it up by type, such as "Replica Stock" and "Racing related" and "Hot Rods & Customs" etc etc. Then each thread could be reference for 1 particular vehicle, for instance I could start a thread in replica stock called "2004 Chevy SSR" and post my SSR reference pics. Maybe that's too much but something similair anyway. |

Very nice pics Ron, you do have a good point there is a lot of pics on here but no place for them to go. My town has a car show every tuesday and our drag strip has a Test'n tune tuesday its a hard decesion each tuesday

Here's a suggestion/idea..... what if we set up and use one of many free picture hosting sites!!! We can handle it one of 2 ways..... 1) make the info for the site public so any one can post pics at ant time, or 2) designate one person to be the pic album host and anyone wanting to put pics in the albums can send them to that person.
what does wvwryone thing???

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME What a great group of pics Ron. I love the General Lee. I used to watch the Duke boys every Wensday night and The General at the time was my favorite TV Series car. That most reconizable horn and that mean sound when it's airborn. Thankyou for the pics. These cars are all locals?? You know any of em?? Yes... all of these are local to my area. Oakland County Michigan. We have a weekly Wednesday cruise every wednesday all summer long. It's held in K-Mart parking lot. There are door prizes and food and vendors and stuff. pretty cool. The only thing is you get a lot of the same cars week after week. Generally though, there's always a least a few new ones every week. I don't go every week but I try to go as much as possible. Sometimes I drive my '60 Olds down there, sometimes not. And yes, I know about half or more of the guys/gals that come down there. That General Lee is very sweet. I wanted to get some pics of the chassis but my memory card was full. It's so spotless, you could eat off it. EVERY bolt is brand new and clean. Amazing work on that one. |
