I`ll also be making a 4x4 camper with a '70s dodge van but it will prolly get a ford bigblock .

I`m using heavy duty front bumper like what you would see on a farm truck or a hard core off road trail rig. I`ll prolly scrach build a grill gaurd for it too.
Did you see my junk yard truck by any chance ?

I would have been a little farther along by now , but while the primer was drying out side the wind blew and knocked the frame off my tool box and busted it in a cuple places. Its only plastic though so it wasn`t nothing some glue couldn`t fix  . I have the rear suspension done now . After I get it fully painted and glued in place I`ll be able to start on the front suspension . Here is some progress pictures for y`all...   Does any one know if I can use bondo filler on models or not ? |

Regular Bondo will get too hot, but u can use spot putty that is what i use.

I had to tow my '71 charger out of the junk yard to the shop for some much needed parts  I did a little more detailing to the engin bay after I got the air cleaner carb and coil .  Now I almost have the engine done , I just need to ad a cuple details [ ] .  Looks like I`ll need to use another oil pan or do alot of trimming [B)] .  |

I had to a spring over axel conversion to it for the lift I needed to clear the oil pan. I also got started on the rust...   |
