hey guys, heres one of the things i'm working on at the moment. this is AMT's 62 Bel Air 409. i have started on the engine , i decided to use the offenhauser valve covers i painted them aluminum and painted engine color in the fins, just paint detail so far. i'll be adding a wired distributor and normal detailing also.

here it is in paint. the paint is dark blue metallic. the weather is raining here and cloudy so the picture doesnt really show the color very well. next i need to apply all the BMF on the window trim, and around the rear tail light panel. and as you can see i shaved all the trim and emblems from the side of the car. i like the smooth look this gives.!

Piant job looks great , I love dark blue . It kinda has a sleeper look to it with them hub caps .
