I don't know exactly when the magazine will hit the stands but the countdown to delivery starts today. I hope you don't mind me posting the pics to promote my article. I'm hoping that if a sales increase is noted that they may consider some more model-related articles. If your local newstand doesn't carry the magazine, you can contact the publisher at www.racingmilestones.com about getting a copy. Ask for Mary and tell'er I sent you. PS I left the "r" off "your" on some of the cards but noticed it too late to fix. OK, I could have fixed it if I wasn't so lazy. LOL  |

Most of the contingency decals came from the "Super Stocker" kit that is being re-released. At least these were the decals in the original issue of the kit. I built around 75 of them one season when I was building cars for the local racers and had a lot of the decals left over. The numbers and the driver name was hand lettered by me. I do a lot of that on the old racers that decals aren't available for. But it's a big ol' Galaxie, not a Fairlane.
