This is an in progress shot of our latest Junkyard project. It's Monogram's 1977 release of the 56' Chevy. I have a long way to go yet but this is the first 2.5 hours of work. We still have a ton of detailing and destroying to do.

Awesome dio.. Real awesome. I've always wanted to do something like that but I can't bring myself to melt and of my builts. I do have a collection of the Wal-Mart pre-painted AMT kits though.. hmmm.. Just slap em together and being pre-paiinted they would look realistic without any detail work.. then go to town. Maybe I will....

yEah.. me too. I would be very interested to hear your process. Do you build em up first then weather them/wreck them? Or do you take old builts ? Explain please.

I can do it either way. I prefer a fresh build eventhough it's much harder to destroy.

Wow, those are very good ideas, I'd never think of something like that. Onebadmk8, Those came out horrible (in a good way).
