That's a cool motor!! ;D If you or your dad will win with the DOHC HEMI's in your cars depends on if you'll get the motor to work right, because Chrysler never did. If I recall correctly they had problems getting the cam belts to last, they broke almost immediately under testing. And the development of the DOHC HEMI was shut down early when NASCAR banned over head cam engines from competition, both Ford's 427 SOHC and Chrysler's DOHC Hemi. Here is some pics I have saved on my harddrive on this cool mill. Forcefan

No problem, I had the pics in my files and I'm glad if I could help. I don't know where I found them though and I did a Google search for more information about this engine but I didn't find anything of value and no pics what so ever. By the way, how did the repair of the trunk corner go? I answered on your instant message and I was just curious. Forcefan

Perfect, the pic is a little blurry but the shape looks as it should. I think I can see a little piece of white in the lower right corner so it looks like you followed my suggestion. Forcefan

Thanks Onebadmk8, Well, the putty hasn't cracked, but Im worried because the putty was smooth and ready for primer and i shot it and you can see the putty under 4 coats, then i just started sanding and it did the same thing. What do I do

I got a little bit of work done, I got the engine almost complete. All I need to do is put it all together, and get the Vortex Magneto. The body is almost ready for five-seven coats of Model Master's "White Primer". Thats all for now.

Well,... I just got back to work on this one then Sunday afternoon I was looking at all the topics I have posted since I joined, and I read the title for this one and said its not a Pro Mod. So I'm gonna make it live up to its name. Now need a top fuel motor. 8-)Also I cut the front clip off as an assembly. I should have pics posted later tonight.
