I should invest in a micro drill press, that's the way to go.
I do it the old fashioned way.
I heat a sewing needle until red and then punch the holes CAREFULLY.

Best thing is to get yourself a pinvise. There are many on ebay, with a full selection of drill bits and they are cheap. They are essentially a mini-hand drill and they work awesome. I never use anything else.

I use to do it the old school way, by heating up a pin then sticking it in. but i got a pinvise now, and that baby is the best thing i bought!!, you can drill out anything with it
