Yes... specifics would help. We can help you.. we just need to know how. Explain what happened and your normal process... what kind of paint you are using or would like to use, are you priming the model, etc etc. We can help!

candy's and pearl's need to be light coats, a little more then mist, but light none the less. it may take 10-14 coats to get the shade you want, but if you go slow, it's worth it. yeah, paint stinks. i paint in the basement. i've always painted in the basement. it stinks the house up, but i don't mind[ i'm the only one there...] don't forget to clear coat before you polish as you'll probably burn the the color if you don't... i presume you've already laid down a base coat of some kind, other than primer...

well, it looks like from the swirl/haze it could've been to humid when you painted, it looks like "aligator skin",under the paint, is that a reaction to no primer??? probably... anyway, when in doubt, strip it!! but this time, use primer before the base/color coat. sorry this post is old, but nobody had chimed in, i had to put my 2cents in. hope this helps.. email me off the board if you need more help. you didn't want the swirls in the paint did you?? clearcoat it and see what it looks like beforeyou strip it. you never know, a lot of neat stuff was created by mistake!!

well, i dont know what kind of paint you are useing but if its testors you might want to stry away from it, iv gotten good paintjobs but not to many, if your useing suto laquars, then make sure to spray on thin mist coats untill you get it how you want it, i belive someone already said if its a kandy it needs to be put on very thin untill you get the shade you are after, also make sure to use a base coat, it dont always have to be silver or gold, lets say your useing a blue kandy, well you can use a purple or blue base and get a nice color. i also will add that as soon as your ready get an airbrush, it is so much easyier to control, i know im a newbie here but im not a newbi to modeling, and i know a thing or 2 about painting, look in the completed and in-progress section for my new threads just so you know im not blowing hot air, lol. ohh and no matter what, always use primer. have fun. im sure your willys will look awsome.
