this is my much modified cuda. it started out as the sox & martin pro stocker. (the testors re-issue).
the engine is the hemi that came with the kit, except i changed it to 1 spark plug per cylinder.(it was 2 plugs per cylinder but running 16 plug wires would have been a nightmare).
i ditched the tunnel ram and put 8 webers on it. the carbs and intake came from my parts box, and the stacks came from a barris T buggy. the door mirrors and chin spolier came from a baldwin motion camaro. i had to re-shape the chin spoiler to fit. the trunk spoiler is from a mustang 2. i cut the pro stock snorkle scoop off the hood, and put on a 1:16 scale scoop backwards to give the hood a pro mod look. the rear tires are 1:20 scale from the pop corn wagon showrod. i slightly stretched the rear wheel wells to better fit the tire diameter. i used the kit supplied headers, but i made up some pipes out of coat hanger, and the exhaust dumps were made from some 90's corvette door mirrors. the decals came from a revell 70 cuda kit.
